Unfortunately, because these are racing bikes we cannot take returns.  The bikes are tested before they leave JKS racing.  If you receive the bike and see that something was perhaps damaged in shipping we will replace the damaged part.  We encourage our customers to thouroghly inspect  bike and torque check all bolts before the break-in.

This motorcycle is a competition model only and is not manufactured for, nor should be used on public streets, roads, or highways.  The use of this motorcycle should be limited to participation in sanctioned competition events upon a closed course and must not be used for general off-road recreational riding.  It is intended for experienced racers only, not for beginners.

Unfortunately, we can not ship this product to all states.  If your item doesn't allow shipping at checkout, please reach out to us for a separate quote and availabilty.  We encourage in person sales because shipping continues to be challenging and  we hope to build lasting relationships with local families.  You are responsible for knowing the laws in your state.  Unfortunately, we can't offer shipping on our big bikes to anywhere in the US.  We can accomodate some deliveries to the surrounding tri-state area.  Please be sure to check with us to get a quote if you'd like to explore this option.  We will keep in close contact with purchasers who have trusted in us until your item has arrived!
